RTM（Real-time Monitoring）プラットフォームは、2025年8月30日23:59（GMT+8）をもって提供を終了し、購入・サブスクリプション・アップデートが利用できなくなります。
今後は、IoTSuite がエッジデータ収集およびクラウド・エッジ協調の後継製品となり、iFactory アプリケーション開発の基盤として提供されます。
- WISE-PaaS パブリッククラウド SA サイト上の既存の RTM ユーザーは、引き続き同等の技術サポートを受けながらサブスクリプションを継続することが可能です。なお、最終的なサービス終了の権利はアドバンテックに帰属します。
- プライベート環境に RTM を導入しているお客様については、SLA 契約の有効期間内において同等の技術サポートを提供いたします。
- IoTSuite の詳細な内容や仕様については、Marketplace 内の関連製品ページをご参照ください。
